Editorial policy
BacklinkGrid publishes practical education about backlinks and link building. Our guides are intended to help readers make informed decisions; they do not promise rankings, link acceptance or revenue.
Sources and examples
For search-engine policies, prefer the search engine’s own documentation. For vendor metrics, use the vendor’s definition. Numerical examples are teaching aids unless a named source and methodology establish otherwise. A hypothetical campaign is not a customer result.
Comparisons and current information
Tool interfaces, prices, limits and publisher rules change. Check the provider before spending money or making a submission. Third-party authority scores are comparison aids, not Google metrics. We do not claim independent testing unless a comparison describes a reproducible method and evidence.
Commercial relationship
We sell the Complete Backlink Database Bundle and paid directory placements. Recommendations linking to those products are commercial offers from BacklinkGrid. Paid grid links are marked sponsored. The database is a research file; it does not include guaranteed placements or ranking outcomes.
Attribution and updates
Team-attributed articles are published under BacklinkGrid’s editorial responsibility. Publication dates and substantive update dates serve different purposes. An update to navigation or styling does not imply that every factual statement in an article was newly verified.
Corrections
Send the affected URL, the statement in question and a reliable supporting source to hello@backlinkgrid.com. We welcome reports of outdated links, inaccurate product information and accessibility problems.
